Salesforce Integration Developer (10+ years experience)

- Analyze requirements and create technical solutions.
- Develop technical architecture and system design.
- Manage complex designs and delegate to offshore technical teams.
- Design, build, test, and deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation for system maintenance.
- Deliver technical presentations to stakeholders.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (PD-I certification required, PD-2 preferred).
- Expertise in Lightning (LWC/Aura), Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce API integrations (SOAP/REST), Apex Classes, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with profiles, sharing rules, and audit trails.
- Familiarity with GITHUB and integrations (Oracle CPQ, Apttus CPQ, or DocuSign).
- Knowledge of Streaming API, Change Data Capture, or Platform Events is a plus.
- Awareness of industry standards (ISO, CMM, Six Sigma) and financial regulations.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
