Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge hardware cybersecurity solutions that leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence. As the Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall vision and strategy for the hardware cybersecurity AI project. Team Management: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of engineers, researchers, and cybersecurity experts. Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of hardware security principles, AI algorithms, and machine learning techniques. Solution Design: Architect and design innovative hardware cybersecurity solutions that integrate AI capabilities to detect, prevent, and respond to threats. Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning,execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software engineers, cybersecurity experts, and AI researchers. Innovation: Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and trends in hardware security and AI. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with hardware cybersecurity solutions. Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and requirements, and deliver solutions that meet their specific needs. Qualifications: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in leading complex projects. Strong understanding of hardware security principles, including secure boot, hardware root of trust, and side-channel attacks. Expertise in AI and machine learning algorithms. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and Verilog/VHDL. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hardware security certifications and standards (e.g., Common Criteria, FIPS 140-2). Knowledge of cloud security and network security principles. Experience with AI hardware accelerators and specialized hardware for machine learning.
