Position: Account Manager (B2B SaaS/ IT Software / Cloud based software) - Up to $7000 Location: Joo Chiat Road (Nearest MRT - Marine Parade MRT) Working hours: 5 days work week: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross up to $7000 (Salary up to $5000 + Commission + Performance Bonus (Past year up to 2 months Bonus) + Medical claim is capped at $200 per year + 14 days Annual Leave Duration: Permanent Industry: Networking and Enterprise Solutions Main Responsibilities: Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and become their trusted advisor and influencer. Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI. Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add on, cross-sell, etc.) Be an expert on the monday.com platform, with a deep understanding of our capabilities and value. Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organization. Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations to generate awareness and drive usage of monday.com. Partner with others at monday.com to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back. Requirements: At least Diploma in any Field At least 2 years, preferably 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales, account management or consulting experience working with large, enterprise-level accounts (> 50-150K ACV) Ability to hold strategic conversations with C-suite/ higher management Proven experience as the owner of the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications #J-18808-Ljbffr
