Job Summary The Associate Architect plays a crucial role in leading the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural designs that meet client requirements and project goals. This involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and design development to construction documentation and contract administration. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design teams in creating visually appealing and functional spaces that exceed client expectations. Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and expectations. Foster effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and planners. Maintain high standards of design quality and technical accuracy in all project deliverables. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized university. At least 7-10 years of relevant postgraduate experience in architectural design, project management, and construction documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of projects, demonstrating design capability and creativity.
