Position Overview Treasuris Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong networking skills, and the ability to create and implement strategic structures to improve company sales. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and enhance the company’s market presence. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Revenue Generation Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Actively pitch Treasuris Advisory’s services, including incorporation, business migration, work pass applications, grants, bookkeeping, and other accounting solutions. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals to close deals. Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets. 2. Business Development and Market Expansion Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and target industries. Expand the company’s client base by building relationships with SMEs, startups, and multinational corporations. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Represent Treasuris Advisory at industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility. 3. Structuring and Improving Sales Processes Create and implement structured sales processes to streamline lead generation, follow-ups, and client onboarding. Develop and maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor progress. Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance and market trends. 4. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients. 5. Collaboration and Team Leadership Work closely with marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
