Junior Bathroom & Tile Retail Sales Staff

Deluxe Bathroom & Tiling Solutions are recruiting an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our Sales team in our showroom in Eastgate retail park, Little Island, Cork. The ideal candidate will be a customer-centric self-starter with a passion for interiors, interior design, tiles, bathroom ware, and customer service.

Requirements

• No experience necessary, full training provided
• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team to achieve targets and budgets
• Have an interest in interiors and interior design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to show empathy with customers
• Intact Software and PC skills including Word and Microsoft Outlook; design software is desirable
• Customer-focused with a desire to provide our customers with first-class service
• Inspiring and well-presented with a professional, warm demeanor and enthusiastic attitude
• Willingness to learn from your senior peers

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Pro-active member of the Sales team, including providing one-to-one consultations and working on customers’ projects from initial meeting through to after-sale service
• Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where reaching targets is vital
• Provide quotations based on customer requirements and budget
• Follow up on these quotes and close the sale
• Exceed customer satisfaction and solve customers’ queries
• Excellent product knowledge and continued learning
• Working off your own initiative and understanding the importance of great customer service
