Our client, An Events Business, is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to report to the Marketing Director. The Event Marketing department handles all the promotion of the Middle East training course, managed events, and conference programmes. This includes direct marketing, e-marketing, online marketing, advertising, PR, and telemarketing. The job purpose is to market conferences, training seminars, and managed events to ensure maximum participation from delegates, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners. You will need to manage all marketing channels used effectively, within a set budget, and adhering to specific time constraints and schedules. Key Performance Indicators will include effective pre-event analysis, on-time campaign implementation within the set marketing budget, and successful negotiation of contra agreements with external parties and timely completion of final event analysis. You will also need to analyze selections from previous marketing plans and create effective selections based on this analysis in conjunction with the creative brief supplied. Conduct research using all marketing tools to establish the most effective ways to contact and persuade the target market for the event. Negotiate barter partnerships with the relevant magazines, associations, and partners to include external list swaps, banner and hard copy advertising, email marketing, etc., to promote events through their channels. Write campaigns and selections based on research and analysis including sanity checking internal lists, monitoring external research and selections, approving swap deals, helping to close official publications deals, ensuring that pre-plan analysis has been completed satisfactorily, and that budgets and costs are accurate. Salary on offer is 12,000 AED to 18,000 AED. You must have previous experience with events and exhibitions marketing, coupled with a marketing degree, and be based in Dubai already. #J-18808-Ljbffr
