Job Role: Digital Marketer Schedule: Up to 20 hours weekly Weekly check-ins on Tuesdays at 5 PM AEDT/AEST. Flexibility to post LinkedIn updates following events across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, and Dubai. Fully remote, with onboarding and training during the first two weeks. About the Company: This is a female-led, purpose-driven not-for-profit organization empowering aspiring women through mentorship. Since 2016, it has hosted over 12,000 participants across 17 locations in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, and the UAE. The organization runs one-hour walking events, pairing women with accomplished female leaders to discuss career growth. With over 110 annual events, the team operates entirely remotely, promoting flexibility, inclusivity, and impactful connections. Job Description: The Digital Marketer will manage digital and tech platforms, ensuring smooth implementation and maintenance of marketing, data, and event-related tasks. Key Responsibilities: Platform Setup (Jan–March 2025): Upload and clean historical event data. Reset Google Data Studio for marketing reports. Set up Mailchimp templates and email automation. Ongoing Tasks (from April 2025): Maintain event marketing data and CRM records. Update spreadsheets, websites, and event details. Post social media ads and content based on templates and schedules. Requirements Experience: Digital marketing experience with strong skills in platforms like Slack, Canva, Mailchimp, Wix, LinkedIn, and CRM systems. Skills: Fluent English, highly organized, attention to detail, and adaptable to new tools. Availability: Work within AEDT/AEST time zones; able to post LinkedIn updates after events in different countries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
