Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing top-notch advice and service to both buyers and sellers.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients.Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal regulations.Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements.Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.Keep learning about real estate industry.Requirements:Proven track experience as a real estate executive.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Self-driven and motivated to reach goalsKnowledge of the local real estate marketCan work alone or with a team.Fluent in Arabic and EnglishHaving a car is a plus.Full Marketing SupportCompetitive compensation structure: Commission plus salary or Commission-based only.
