As Outlet Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.What you will be doing:Lead, mentor and train your teamEnsure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained for your areas of responsibilityStrategise on new products and service offeringsImplement upsell incentives for the departmentCreate unforgettable experiences for our guestsAttend to guest requests and anticipate needsManage staff recruitmentAttend to complaintsMaintain records of stock levels and financial transactionsAdhere to and be trained in liquor laws and regulationsResponsible for keeping payroll in lineResponsible for forecasting and reviewing the P&LAct as an entrepreneur for your relevant outlet / outletsOther duties as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience requiredProven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholdersCommunicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skillsAbility to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performanceYour team and working environment:Working a fast-paced team environmentShifts will be during the day, evening and weekendMust be legally eligible to work in the UK.
