As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Hunt for New Business: Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new clients within the Local Government sector.
  • Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Own the process from initial lead generation to finalising the deal, ensuring a seamless journey for the client.
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within Local Government entities.
  • Understand Client Needs: Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating a deep understanding of the challenges and objectives specific to the Local Government space.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with technical, delivery, and customer success teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Achieve and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet or exceed revenue and sales objectives.
