- Define user requirements and identify areas for improvement within the TPS application.
- Contribute to the manual testing of new features and fixes to ensure quality and functionality.
- Provide first-class client support by addressing and resolving support tickets in a timely and effective manner.
- Adapt to shifting business priorities, engaging across diverse focus areas as required.
- Engage flexibly in a variety of tasks, recognising that no two days will be the same.
- Familiarity with IPS Cloud or IPS SQL platform.
- Cashiering experience is desirable, particularly if it provides transaction-specific knowledge within the IPS application.
- Strong interest in technology with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, with prior data analysis experience considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex ideas.
- Competitive salary circa £40,000 - £42,000
- Annual performance-based bonus
- Single private healthcare (after 3 months probationary period)
- 6% employer pension contribution (after 3 months probationary period)
- Hybrid working model : Initially 5 days in the office during probation, transitioning to 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
