Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Location: Remote (UK) Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time About Us: We are a small but dynamic financial services business. We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee our third-party vendor relationships and ensure seamless service delivery for our finance team and CRM/ERP systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they align with business needs and ITIL V4 best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on vendor performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between vendors and internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party services.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of vendor agreements, performance metrics, and service delivery processes.
- ITIL V4 Certification: Essential for understanding and implementing IT service management best practices.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role, with a strong background in vendor management and service delivery.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems and finance-related IT services.
- Remote Work: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
