Your Responsibilities Requirements Gathering

  • Assist Senior Consultants in client meetings to understand business challenges, goals, and workflows, with a focus on how monday.com can drive efficiencies.
  • Support the identification of key pain points and inefficiencies in client workflows.
  • Help translate business challenges into tailored technical solutions within monday.com under guidance.
Requirements Documentation
  • Assist in documenting all client requirements clearly within the context of monday.com’s functionality.
  • Contribute to the development of system plans outlining monday.com architecture, workflows, and data points.
Basic monday.com Setup
  • Configure essential elements in monday.com, such as boards, fields, and automations.
  • Validate setups through testing and client feedback under supervision.
Task Delegation and Development Support
  • Work with Senior Consultants to prepare detailed technical handovers for the development team.
  • Support communication of business requirements for monday.com-related customisations.
Client Liaison and Communication
  • Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients for updates and smaller tasks.
  • Provide regular progress updates and gather feedback from clients as required.
Client Relationship Management
  • Help build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive support and task delivery.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for additional support or future engagements.
Project Management Support
  • Support the Senior Consultant in tracking project progress and highlighting risks or delays.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
Technical Knowledge and Adaptability
  • Develop working knowledge of key platforms like monday.com, Mailchimp, and Zapier.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and features within monday.com.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily 9 am huddles to discuss ongoing tasks and priorities.
  • Allocate time to ensure monday.com setups and updates are progressing smoothly.
  • Attend client meetings with Senior Consultants to provide support and document requirements.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional or technical role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Location: Remote Reports To: Senior Consultant Salary: £28,000.00 - £32,000.00
