5. Operational Excellence : Effectively Coordinating & Managing all Functions-Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, Quality, Regulatory Affairs & R&D
6. Lead the Development of organization long & Short-Term Strategies with focus on growing specialty chemical business in export market
7. Successfully execution of 100-200 crores projects
8. Organizational Culture and Development: Foster a culture aligned with company mission, vision, and values.
9. Enhance employee engagement and development.
10. Business Development and Innovation: Develop Business Prospects by Studying Economic Trends & Revenue Opportunities; Projecting Acquisition & Expansion
11. Compliance and Risk Management: Oversees Financial Performance & Risk Profile while ensuring all Statutory & Regulatory Compliance, Monitor Company Performance by Measuring, Analyzing Results, Initiating Corrective Actions & Minimizing the Impact of Variances.
12. Technology and R&D Leadership: Discover and implement new product, new technologies that yield competitive advantage
