- Meet business growth targets
- Ability to reach out and sell to CXO’s, CMO’s - senior and decision-making level at clients and close deals
- Generating leads. Identifying potential clients and working towards onboarding them.
- Staying in touch with market to identify new areas of potential growth
- Grow & maximize the revenue and profit potential of the agency
- Driving operational excellence. Construct Roadmaps and KPIs
- Establish & ensure agency's credibility and good reputation and is seen as a leader / innovator in the space
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Talk. Listen. Understand: Run discovery calls to figure out what clients really need, not just what they say they need.
- Make magic happen: Collaborate with internal dream teams to scope, plan, and execute projects that blow expectations out of the water.
- Sell the dream: Create and present jaw-dropping proposals
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Relationship whisperer: Build bonds with clients
- Be a pitch artist: Turn ideas into beautifully crafted decks and strategies that win hearts and wallets.
- Expand horizons: Unearth new growth opportunities
- Know your stuff: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or Tech—and a brain that loves connecting dots.
- 4+ years of experience in business development
- A proven ability to turn leads into deals and ideas into reality.
- Sharp communication skills
- The gift of teamwork
- Extra credit if you know the difference between an API and an IPA.
