(Team Lead & Manager) Location: Bangalore - WFO Job Responsibilities: -Lead a team of Cash Applications Analysts and SMEs - Be responsible for operational deliverables of the assigned team - Be the senior Subject Matter Expert in Cash Apps team to provide guidance to overall team - Identify and lead efforts to execute process improvements and transformation opportunities - Be responsible to produce and manage daily and monthly SLA/KPI reports (performance and business metrics) - Be client's first level escalation pont for any team member's performance or service level gaps - Lead internal and external goverance for team performance and process health As an IC, be responsible to manage following:- - Perform assigned responsilibties to apply, match, and clear all payments to appropriate accounts in a timely and accurate manner. - Monitor aging items, monitor system auto-match malfunction, facilitate timely resolution of any unapplied and/or misapplied payments, and escalate as required. - Perform assigned responsbilities as per defined tielines and accuracy parameters of the process. - Good communication skills - Analytical & problem-solving skills. - Able speak and coordinate with other functions inorder to resolve the issues on time - Prior Team handling and people management is mandatory - Managing customer experience - Stakeholder and change management - should have experience in end-to-end Order to Cash cycle - should have good experience in Cash application process as Team Manager - Hands on experience in SAP(including invoicing, contracts, workflows) - Preferable: Zendesk, Seibel CRM - Experience in Workflow tools - Experience in MS Office - Experience in Visio (Creating process flows/Blueprints)
