As an Aussie Buyers Agent youll be a trusted advisor in your clients corner advocating for their best interests and helping them navigate their home buying journey more seamlessly. Your key objective will be to provide expert guidance and insights support people to make sound property decisions and flex your strategic nous as you negotiate your way to securing the best possible outcomes for your clients. Key Responsibilities: A day in the life of an Aussie Buyers Agent involves:
- Taking detailed client briefs to understand clients property goals
- Staying abreast of market conditions the real estate landscape regulatory updates and property news
- Sourcing potential properties across onmarket premarket and offmarket listings that tick your clients boxes
- Conducting thorough research and due diligence to assess potential risks
- Negotiating purchase prices and terms to secure the most favourable deals for your clients
- Managing relationships with real estate agents solicitors and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
- Being a master relationship builder wowing your clients at every touchpoint and securing repeat and ongoing business
- have a valid Class 2 Real Estate License
- have proven experience as a Buyers Agent or Sellers Agent
- geek out on all things property and have a comprehensive knowledge of the Australian property market
- comprehensive knowledge of the Australian property market and regulatory environment
- exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- have strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
- have the utmost ethical standards serving your customers with honesty integrity and their best interests at the core
