Senior Manager Lender Partnerships

 

• Develop and foster effective working relationships between all relevant internal stakeholders within the Lendi Group business our panel lenders and strategic partners
• Work with lender and strategic partners to ensure sharing of best practices and optimisation of customer and business outcomes for both parties
• Encourage and manage engagement with internal Lendi Group staff through building strong relationships and driving a highperformance culture
• Work closely with strategic partners to fully understand business and strategic priorities and develop joint initiatives to derive mutual business and customer benefits from these
• Effectively manage the delivery of our market leading Lendi Group Partnership Program to ensure that mutual value is derived and strategic objectives of the program are achieved
• Proactively demonstrate the ROI to lenders and ensure all elements of the program are executed according to commitments made to each partner.  

Qualifications :

• Experience in a senior relationship management role mortgage industry
• Demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key stake holders (internal and external)
• Ability to understand the unique Aussie sales model and culture and provide support to the team as required at all levels
• Project management experience
• Ability to work under pressure and organise priorities to meet deadlines
• A team player who values participation and leadership over individualism
