Position - Manager - Medical Affairs Reports to - Head Medical Affairs Business Unit - Vascular Access/Infusion Therapy Location - Okhla Phase 3, Delhi Key Responsibilities

  • KOL development & management : build relationships with healthcare professionals and experts., develop strategic partnerships with scientific, clinical experts, and business partners.
  • Content Development : Develop scientific materials like presentation for customer engagement, Review material, developed by clinical team, ensure that the information is up to date, balanced, and meets industry standards.
  • Training and learning development : Helping in training of new employees, and train field service employees.
  • Team management and strategy Implementation: Will help Head- Med affairs to oversee Clinical team and provide guidance and support to team. Will also help Head- Med affairs to implement Clinical strategies. He also helps develop and monitor marketing strategies.
  • Coordination of clinical trials : Coordinate & support research trials in investigator-initiated clinical studies.
  • Collecting and sharing information : will help Head- Med affairs to assimilate scientific & product information to customers and employees. To ensure that relevant medical literature, clinical guidelines, and industry trends are available and communicated internally too.
  • Relationship with External scientific bodies: Will help Head Med Affairs to coordinate and maintain relationship with external scientific, Professional bodies of nurses/ Doctors.
Qualification and Experience -
  • Qualification must be MBBS with MHA /MBA
  • Minimum 2 Years of experience after post-graduation as the role in Medical affairs in Hospital / Medical Disposable / Pharma organization
Desired Candidate must have -
  • Approach towards Science and Healthcare industry development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
  • Must be open for travelling.
