Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Recreation Manager is responsible for overseeing all fitness and wellness offerings within the hotel, ensuring a high-quality and engaging experience for both leisure and business guests as well as external guests.Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Wellness Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with an international 5-star chain hotel.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of wellness professionals with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
