- Lead the financial planning and analysis of Business Unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that balance operational efficiency with long-term growth goals.
- Utilize commercial acumen to identify and assess market opportunities, risks, and profitability drivers.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Oversee resource allocation, investment appraisals, and risk management processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls.
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and systems.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree
- Proven experience in a senior finance role with focus on commercial and strategic outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to combine financial expertise with business insights to drive results.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, or other analytics tools).
