Job Description
- Follow up the shipments and transportation of finished goods from factories to customers.
- Validating and finalizing the completion of paperwork for shipments and customs clearance of shipments on time.
- Reviewing and finalizing the needed work/tasks with customs and customs clearance companies.
- Coordination with cargo inspection bodies.
- Finalizing the invoices for shipping and customs clearance and review them with the financial department to pay them on time.
- Making sure the proper implementation of the insurance procedures for shipments. Prepare drawback settlements.
- Prepare industrial control authority (consumption letters).
- Follow HSE policies and ISO procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
- Good Knowledge of Egyptian customs laws.
- English Language: Very Good.
- Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…), and others system (ERP).
- From 3 to 6 years of experience in the same field.
