Process Engineer (Software Applications)€70,000 - €80,000 My client is a household name global business seeking Process Engineers who specialize in Software App Development. The role will be primarily based on-site, building software for colleagues in an industrial environment. The role involves building bespoke software solutions as per the day's requirements. Every day will be different, and you will get a chance to work primarily on C# but also Python, JavaScript, and many other web development technologies. The ideal candidate is interested in roles where there is a lot to learn and no two days are alike. You must be comfortable working in an unusual environment, as you will be on-site with colleagues and clients alike. It's important that you can communicate clearly and effectively. If you are someone who likes to take ownership of your work and enjoys solving problems as they arise, this could be the role for you. Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of software projects
- Gather and implement user requirements
- Design, build, test, and maintain code
- Bug fixing
- Produce documentation relating to software
- Integrate new applications to clients' external systems
- Strong proficiency in C# / .NET technologies (3+ years' experience)
- Proficient with SQL Server
- Strong grasp of OOP principles
- Experience with web application development
- Experience with industrial manufacturing software like Batch, SCADA, HMI, PLCs, or similar is a distinct advantage
