Role: Product Owner / Senior Manager (.NET) Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Experience: 8-10 yrs Job Summary: As a Product Owner/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for our .NET applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure our products meet customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs and business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and facilitate communication between teams.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis and user research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with development, design, QA, and other teams to ensure successful product delivery and launch.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are prioritized in product development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role, particularly with .NET technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in leading Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, particularly with .NET frameworks and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
