Job Description: Packing & moving related functions. Contribute actively during the safety committee meetings in the Company. Coordinate with customers and other stakeholders to ensure that jobs are carried out smoothly, timely, and safely. Monitor and guide team members to understand their job scope and ensure that they comply and follow all safety procedures and Company’s procedures. Exhibit a high level of safety knowledge and awareness. Assist in the planning and execution of assigned jobs. Lead and guide new packers on basic safety knowledge and job skills. Any other roles and responsibilities as assigned by Management. Requirements: Minimum N level. Possess good working knowledge in MS Office (Word/Excel). Proven experience in logistics and operations, with supervisory responsibilities preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
