A privately held, family-owned and operated company, Kemin has more than 3,000 global employees including manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Brazil, China, India, Italy, Russia, Singapore, South Africa and the United States. #LI-KT1 Responsibilities Product & Process Development for aquaculture by following the Product Innovation Process (PIP) Publication of scientific and technical articles in Kemin database Coordinate with the research teams across various KAQ locations on projects Work along with the sales and technical team on customer trials, trainings and promotion activities Develop methods of analysis and SOPs for product quality analysis Coordinate with Universities and industrial partners on projects and animal trials Prepare PIP and R&D updates, and publish internal publications, source documents and review papers on a timely basis Studies in coordination with regulatory, quality and production teams on new product development, scale-up and registration process Carry out literature search and identify appropriate methods and approaches for research Maintain accurate and up to date records of all research activities in laboratory note books and other forms as required. Protect all confidential information such as formulations, trade secrets and other commercially sensitive information. Carry out research activities with high scientific and personal integrity and also by following good scientific and laboratory practices. Conduct all research activities with strict adherence to the health and safety policies of the company. Qualifications Master’s degree with specialization in Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Aquaculture with minimum 2 years of laboratory research experience. Strong knowledge in basic science and in the area of specialization. Hands on experience in carrying out laboratory research Basic knowledge on Computer-word, PP, Excel Technical Writing Good interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
