Project Description: Projects are found in the most evolving area of the Investment Banking domain - Asset Management. Business is dynamic and it demands fast turnaround deliverables of a development team in a quite agile manner. The team is aiming to work on a greenfield project using the latest technologies in microservices cloud-based architecture in order to drive business innovation. The position offers an opportunity to scale technical skills, including certification, and to contribute own knowledge to the business growth. Our Company supports the relocation of the best performers to other countries (EU, US) as part of DXC strategy. Responsibilities: Individual contribution to the scrum team to:
- Support BI solution design of emergent business demand (working with product and architecture owners)
- Technical activity planning of epics and stories
- Design, develop, and QA of those stories and outputs
- Enforcement of NFRs, architectural / development standards and principles
- Working with the central architecture team to ensure the holistic solution within shaping and delivery activities
- 5+ years of experience in building BI solutions and 3+ years of experience in Tableau.
- Agile (scrum) based delivery practices, test-driven development, test automation, continuous delivery, and experience with tools like git/stash, TeamCity, Artifactory, Appium, Selenium, SonarQube
- Experience writing SQL code
- Experience in handling large and multiple source-based data sets
- Experience in Performance tuning
- Experience with understanding of complex architecture.
- Working experience in code debugging and testing.
- Previous experience in Investment Banking or Asset Management would be a plus.
