Job Summary: The Key Account Manager - E-commerce/Quick commerce will manage and grow the business across multiple e-commerce and quick commerce channels. This role involves full P&L responsibility, category management, and channel-specific account management. The successful candidate will lead the development of e-commerce strategies, execute joint business plans, and drive profitable sales growth for our brands on these platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the e-commerce and quick commerce business across key channels, including Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, and more.
  • End-to-end responsibility for the development of categories and achieving sales targets.
  • Manage the P&L for the e-commerce business, ensuring profitability and growth across all channels.
  • Execute the Joint Business Plan to drive profitable sales growth for our brands on marketplaces.
  • Develop and implement customer-centric sales plans across marketplace platforms and the website.
  • Oversee a marketplace portfolio, focusing on improving assortment and driving listings of new launches with speed.
  • Conduct in-depth sales data analysis to identify high-performing products and implement pricing strategies that enhance revenue.
  • Review and communicate weekly/monthly sales, recommend opportunities, and provide analysis to grow categories.
  • Present data-driven insights to the Management, enabling informed decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product development, factory, and Costing, to align e-commerce initiatives with organizational goals and drive synergies.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, negotiating favorable terms with platforms, and establishing strong partnerships to enhance e-commerce operations and offerings.
  • Develop e-commerce sales strategies, forecast sales volumes, and manage sales processes for each account to achieve sales goals.
  • Utilize customer segmentation and behavior analysis to tailor marketing campaigns, achieving significant improvements in customer engagement rates.
  • Responsible for improving product assortments on platforms and driving listings of new launches with speed.
  • Manage content creation and listing of products across all marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
  • Deliver promotional activities to drive sales and competitiveness.
  • Overall responsibility for effective stock management.
