Position Details: • Title: VP-Business Development & Senior BDMs • Location: Hyderabad (Remote options available for commission-based roles)• Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients, integrators, or Tier 1 vendors in the US staffing market (IT and non-IT sectors).
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand our client base across diverse industries.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Work independently to fulfill client requirements and collaborate closely with recruitment teams to provide timely and high-quality candidates.
- Maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
