Job details
Job Description: Responsible for daily sales and overseeing the operations. Work closely with the head chef, supervisors, and managers to ensure excellent service. Control and direct the food preparation processes and any other relevant activities. Handle a wide range of raw fish and other ingredients. Ensure the highest quality in the preparation of dishes. Ensure ingredients are always fresh and of high quality. Monitor food stock and place orders as needed. Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures, ensuring proper storage methods. Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the kitchen, undertaking necessary steps to maintain the highest possible standards in this area.
