Role: Manager / Senior Manager - Product Development Be a part of the team of “Health Insurance Experts” which is at the core of building innovative and best in class Health Insurance Products where new ideas are nurtured and shaped. Purpose: The position shall be responsible for developing new products as per the product strategy. The person shall liaise with business heads to identify product opportunities and ideas that will help to grow business. Responsibilities:
- Lead product development and strategic activities for various business teams
- Identify market segments and analyze need of customer
- Create product concept from customer need identification
- Develop product in line with HIR issued by authority
- Follow ManipalCigna’s product development process
- Co-ordinate with gprc and pmc for approval
- Creation of filing set and submit to IRDA in line with regulatory requirements
- Filing of product on BAP portal
- Resolve and reply to IRDAI query
- Requirement gather for system development
- Submit scope of product to BA
- Walkthrough to all functions on new product for system
- UAT of product configuration
- Product launch training to Sales and other Departments
- Conduct PMC and keep records of PMC meeting
- 5 to 8 years’ experience of working in Insurance, Minimum 3 years’ experience in Health Insurance Product Development
- Any Graduate
- Preference : Management Degree & Insurance Qualification
