In this position, you will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure using cutting-edge tools and techniques to engage potential clients, build lasting relationships, and deliver tailored solutions. - Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with growth objectives for Enqos.
- Proactively research and identify potential clients using prospecting tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and others, qualifying leads to drive new business. (New input: Use of prospecting tools)
- Execute outreach through email campaigns, phone calls, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms to establish connections and drive engagement. (New input: Outreach via multiple channels)
- Manage leads within the CRM, ensuring efficient follow-ups and pipeline tracking.
- Exhibit strong communication skills with a persuasive, sales-oriented approach that resonates with potential clients.
- Understand and apply lead-generation techniques and data-driven insights to optimize targeting and improve conversion rates. (New input: Lead generation optimization)
- Create and deliver tailored PowerPoint presentations that effectively showcase Enqos services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships, providing customized solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and alignment with client expectations.
- Regularly update management on progress, analyze sales metrics, and provide actionable insights on market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of end-to-end sales experience, with expertise in lead generation, strategic execution, and client management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. (New input: Use of prospecting tools)
- Strong communication skills with a sales-driven mindset, and experience using CRMs and executing outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, and email campaigns. (New input: Email campaign execution)
- Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations tailored to client needs.
