We are looking for a visionary and detail-oriented leader (leadership position) in Software Product Management. As the Leader of Product Team, you will be literally owning all the Products and Platforms of the organization. You will work closely with the CEO, and collaborate with technology leadership, to deliver exceptional results. We are looking for a product leader, who can innovate and think deep enough to solve the most complex problems, and wide enough to cover all use cases involved. This distinguished leader will ideate, lead, own, and deliver unique, large scale, enterprise software products and platforms, that delight all the stakeholders, while fulfilling the business goals. Responsibilities & Job Overview

• Brainstorm new product ideas and enhancements to the existing product by collating requests from stakeholders and customers
• Talk to users and deep dive in data to identify problems and opportunities
• Come up with hypothesis and design experiments
• Create functional and UI specifications, business cases, and wireframes
• Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap, by analyzing & prioritizing the requirements of users, stakeholders and the business
• Write detailed product specs to communicate what is to be built
• Be the main contact for requirements & specifications during the development phases
• Own products and get features built in close collaboration with the engineering teams
• Evaluate new product opportunities for the company, keeping in mind the customer’s requirements and latest market trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall work experience including 2-3 years of experience in full cycle product management from conception to launch and 2-3 years of leadership experience in managing Product Managers / Team
• Strong man management with a proven ability to hire top talent
• Strong managerial experience with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in understanding business requirements, creating and reviewing functional specifications, and use cases with attention to detail
• Possess a good command on analyzing data, and deriving key insights
• Strong focus on delivering products that exceed customer expectations in usability, performance, reliability, and user experience
• Strong intuition for market trends and customer needs. Anticipates market shifts before they happen and creates products that disrupt the market.
• Ability to develop clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Strong in prioritization skills and Product Roadmap Planning
