- Manage de-erection and re-erection of major wind turbine components , including blades, generators, gearboxes, and transformers.
- Plan and execute operations using cranes, hydraulic jacking systems, or other non-crane methods.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and logistics personnel for efficient execution.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards while optimizing resources and costs.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders for seamless delivery.
- Innovate and implement advanced methods for handling wind turbine components under challenging site conditions.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
- Experience: 10+ years in wind energy projects, with a strong focus on the de-erection and re-erection of turbine components.
- Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of WTG components, crane operations, and alternative handling techniques.
