Position: Pre Sales- Client Relationship Manager Location : Gurgaon (Work from office) Experience: 4-6 years We are looking for a young, dynamic, self-starter pre sales client relationship manager for engagement, develop strong relationships with our customers. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partners and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual growth in IT Software and Services.
- Identify new partnership opportunities that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership relationship strategies effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our valuable clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the required support/assistance.
- Resolve client concerns and issues promptly to maintain a positive client experience. Travel across geographics to maintain client relationship.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our IT products and services to existing clients.
- Conduct check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Engage in regular stakeholder meetings with clients to ensure alignment on project deliverables and to gather insights for future engagements.
- Analyse data related to partner and client interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on partnership and client performance.
- Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and optimize relationship management strategies.
- Be a proactive self-starter. Candidate must stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and clients.
- Proven experience in partnership and client relationship management is a must.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent written verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Should have an excellent understanding of the marketplace seller onboarding process for IT Software and Services.
- Ability to commute on a regular basis.

- BTech/MCA/BCA in IT or relevant
