Role Description This is a 3-month full-time remote project for a Student Engagement Associate Lead at IYE Solutions. Based on your performance during this period, there is potential for the project to be extended or transitioned into a long-term opportunity. The Student Engagement Associate Lead will be responsible for overseeing student engagement activities, developing strategies to enhance learning experiences, managing student interactions, and ensuring high levels of student satisfaction. Salary: Up to ₹25,000/- Qualifications: Professional Skills - Proven experience in student engagement, marketing, outreach, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred). - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple colleges and engagement activities effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable). - Ability to create engaging presentations and content to communicate program benefits effectively.  Soft Skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, faculty, and administrative staff. - Proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. - Analytical mindset for gathering feedback and optimizing engagement strategies based on data. - Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.  Additional Requirements - Willingness to travel locally to colleges as required (if applicable). - Passion for education, technology, and helping students unlock career opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. College Outreach - Identify and connect with colleges to promote our Salesforce training programs. 2. Student Engagement and Enrollment - Actively engage with students to raise awareness about the benefits of Salesforce training and the career opportunities it unlocks. - Encourage students to enroll as Student Engagement Associates with the training program, highlighting the unique benefits and career advantages. - Facilitate the enrollment process for students, ensuring they have the necessary information and support. 3. Monthly College Coverage Goals - Plan and execute a monthly schedule to cover at least 25 – 30 colleges in Chennai, effectively managing time and resources. - Track and report progress against monthly enrollment targets to ensure the achievement of program goals. 4. Feedback and Reporting - Collect feedback from students and colleges to continuously improve engagement strategies and adapt to student needs. - Provide weekly and monthly reports on enrollment numbers, engagement activities, and college feedback to the management team.
