Executive, Scholarship & Bursaries Admin Apply locations: Clementi Campus Time type: Full time Posted on: Posted 3 Days Ago ACCOUNTABILITIES Scholarship and Bursary Administration: Review and process scholarship and bursary applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of submitted documentation. Communicate with applicants to request additional information or resolve discrepancies as needed. Maintain up-to-date records of applications and awards in the database. Payment Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track disbursement of scholarship and bursary funds. Reconcile payment records and ensure timely processing of payments. Generate regular reports on fund utilization and award allocations. Student Support: Provide information and guidance to students regarding available scholarships and bursaries, including eligibility criteria and application deadlines. Address student inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the application process. Event Coordination: Support SIM and department related events such as SIM Open House, scholarship presentation ceremonies etc. Coordinate logistics, including invitations, schedules, and on-site support for events if necessary. Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with internal departments and external partners to facilitate the scholarship and bursary process. Ensure compliance with institutional and government regulatory policies such as PDPA etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of experience in processing applications Understanding of tracking payments is preferred Detail-oriented and capable of managing personal data with integrity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
