Job Summary – We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with experience in advanced Excel, Word. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience and will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data. Responsibilities: * Accurately enter and update data in Excel and other systems. * Perform data validation and ensure data integrity. * Manage and organize data files and records. * Upload, scan invoices and bills on ERP * Communicate effectively with team members and management. * Handle data-related queries and issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: * Proven experience with advanced Excel functions. * Typing speed of at least 35 WPM. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Minimum 6 months of experience in a data entry role. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
