Join #TeamTengah #TengahHealthCampus In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the Clinical Services Planning Office team within Tengah General and Community Hospital (TGCH). Your contribution will enable effective and strategic planning, and subsequently establishment and implementation of the repertoire of clinical services in alignment with the hospital campus’s value-based, unified care approach. Job Description: Support Clinical Leads and their respective Medical/Surgical Division Leads to generate and augment their department or division’s clinical service plan. Key support includes overall facilitation, administrative support, and timeline management. Outreach and engagement of relevant stakeholders, both internal and external. Assist and support horizon scanning, data gathering, asset and care path mapping work to substantiate proposed clinical service plan. Collaborate with Clinical Operations team and other key personnel to distill business and user requirements, ensuring alignment in hospital planning and care processes. Propose recommendations, facilitate and drive multi-disciplinary integration, interdepartmental collaborations, and cross-sectorial partnerships. Support clinical leads, respective cluster/specialty chiefs, GCPO, and MOH to define, justify, and attain consensus on TGCH LMCs and phased implementation plans upon commencement of operations. Update and maintain LMC tracker to ensure LMC applications are completed in a timely manner and MOH guidance and responses are received with sufficient runway to enable hospital planning cycles to be met. Collaborate with respective stakeholders to draft and institute cross-institution collaboration agreements. Keep abreast of emerging health trends and care innovations, developments on NUHS care plan, as well as national strategies and direction to identify opportunities, potential gaps, and areas to be strengthened where appropriate. Collaborate with VDO Office to catalyse the development and institution of integrated practice units. Actively sync and drive potential collaboration between clinical departments, with other NUHS institutions, and community and social partners to enhance patient experiences and enable value-based care delivery. Support development and roll out of TGCH unified care approach including thematic clustering and catalysing the formation and development of all-encompassing integrated practice units providing comprehensive end-to-end care experiences. Organise and coordinate relevant meetings and discussion sessions, including booking of venue, meeting setup, and related administrative matters. Provide other secretariat support including agenda collation, presentations, note-taking, tracking, and follow-up on matters arising. Requirements: Degree in Healthcare, Business management or in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with at least 1 year of prior healthcare sector experience. Prior experience in clinical workflows and hospital operations will be advantageous. Prior experience in service planning, secretariat and project management fields will be advantageous. Competent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with good command of English. Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence to resonate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
