OT Pentest Lead

We are an OT Cybersecurity start-up, located at Bangalore, with focus on creating value for customers in securing their IACS. Our approach is as per standards/ regulations such as IEC 62443, NERC-CIP, NIS2, NIST 800-82 and country specific regulations. By having OT cybersecurity as our DNA, we are committed to create value in the field. We are equipped to perform component, system and solution pentest and assessment. We need team members who can add on to the existing dynamic team.   We are hiring professionals for OT Pentest, who are willing to learn and contribute to the team. Responsibilities 1. To be a team player in OT Pentest team. 2. Pentest - Hardware, Web, Mobile, IT and Industrial networks, Industrial protocols, Industrial wireless, Reverse engineering. 3. SELF-DRIVEN to learn OT devices, systems, communications, networks and architectures. 4. Establishing POCs of existing OT attack methodologies. 5. Exploring novel attack methods in OT environment. 6. Aligning pentest methodologies with IEC 62443 standard requirement. 7. Automating standard pentest activities. 8. Writing blogs and research papers on POCs which are proven in lab. 9. Engaging with customer pentest projects at field/ their labs. 10. Report writing.   Qualifications 1. 3 - 4 years experience. 2. B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ BCA/ MCA 70% and above. 3. Candidates shall be located in Bengaluru. (No remote working, as it is a lab which need physical presence)4. Electronics/ Computer Science/ Mechatronics. 5. Shall be a TEAM PLAYER. 6. Able to communicate clearly. 7. Able to research and suggest engineering solution as part of mitigation. 8. Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, python, C, C++, rust. 9. Strong knowledge of OSI and common IT protocols along with well known exploitation methodologies at each layer. 10. Good to have understanding of SCADA, Engineering software, PLCs, types of sensors and actuators. 11. Good to have understanding about few of OT protocols such as Modbus Serial/ TCP, Profibus/ PROFINET, OPC UA/ Classic, CANBUS/ CANOPEN, GOOSE, MMS. 12. Must have CEH/ PJPT/ equivalent, at minimum. 13. Good to have OSCP/ CRTP/ CRTE What can we offer 1.
