- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for global positions with a keen understanding of diverse employment laws and best practices.

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with global employment laws, particularly in the US and India, and recruitment best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Analytical thinker with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS; agility in adapting to new technologies.
- Available for a part-time commitment, flexible to coordinate across different time zones.
- Previous experience or internships in HR, especially in a remote or global setting.
- Strong interest in or knowledge of social media and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, capable of working autonomously.
