- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather and define business requirements for NDC implementations.
- Analyze existing distribution systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement using NDC.
- Document functional and technical requirements, user stories, and use cases related to NDC projects.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure that the requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on NDC objectives and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to development and testing teams in understanding NDC standards and how they apply to business needs.
- Monitor the implementation process, ensuring that business requirements are met and that NDC solutions are delivered on time.
- Perform gap analysis between current state systems and desired future state based on NDC requirements.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in NDC standards and airline distribution technologies.
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the airline/travel industry, with specific exposure to NDC standards.
- Strong understanding of NDC schemas, airline retailing, and distribution processes.
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, workflows, and process improvements.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile development environment.
