Property Officer cum Technician (Reporting to the Condominium Manager)

Duties and Responsibilities To manage a condominium’s daily operations and to carry out policies set by the condo management board such as: Carry out inspections and provide inputs to the planning and execution of Building Improvement Works. Provide technical evaluation, monitor, and ensure work completion in accordance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and relevant governmental requirements. Liaise, schedule, and supervise all maintenance works to ensure that contract service providers perform all contractual obligations under various term contracts. Maintain the operational, safe, and efficient operation of the M&E systems covering the following key systems & equipment. Plan preventive works schedule, conduct and supervise inspections of buildings and grounds to identify defects/irregularities and follow up on rectification works. Procure service contracts and ad hoc repair/replacement parts and equipment. Conduct system audits and scheduled after-hours inspections on security services and lighting. Manage and attend to residents' requests, feedback, and respond to their requests promptly. Qualification / Education Required Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 2 years in facility management / relevant experience in MCST. Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong client engagement skills and customer orientation. Able to work with tight deadlines and handle pressure. Able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). #J-18808-Ljbffr
