As the Asia-Pacific Regional Business Director , you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Create, maintain, and expand sales revenue in the region through successful leadership, organizational planning, and customer management. With the goal of maintaining and expanding sales revenue, act as a regional interface to coordinate all headquarters' resources, including product, operations, after-sales, and other departments. Provide strategic advice on the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) to subsidiaries. Participate in and chair forecast teleconferences, promotional plans, customer account management, weekly team meetings, and regular company-wide meetings. Establish good relationships with customers through continuous contact; manage designated customer relationships, maintain and develop business. Maintain good communication with GTM/Marketing/Finance/Operations departments to ensure smooth product launch. Organize the formulation of the development strategy for the Operations Department and make adjustment according to changes in the internal and external environment. Keep an eye on the product dynamics on foreign trade B2C platforms, be familiar with hot-selling products on overseas e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Ebay, analyze the prospects of products, and be responsible for developing hot-selling products that have a rich variety, sufficient quantity, cost-effective advantages in the market and highly meet market demands. Guide, train and supervise the improvement of the professional quality of staff, establish an efficient organizational system, work system and employee team for the company; be fully responsible for team building and management, as well as the assessment, motivation and training of the team. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree or above, with good professional ethics, excellent conduct and high comprehensive quality. Have more than 5 years of company management experience. Have strong market development and sales skills. Strong communication, team building and leadership skills, capable of working across functions and at all management levels, having a good track record of previous sales performance Able to handle demanding schedules and situations. Experience in working in a multicultural or international environment. Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and absolute discretion regarding sensitive information.
