Senior Facilities Management Engineer (Healthcare Industry, Up to $6500) #HCG Singapore | Posted: Dec 31, 2024 Responsibilities Supports the Head of Department in ensuring the Facilities & Biomedical Engineering department functions efficiently and effectively to achieve strategic objectives. Ensures that renovation projects, infrastructure works, day-to-day management of facilities, maintenance support services, operational processes, and department KPIs are consistently kept to a high standard to support operational requirements. Oversee renovation projects, infrastructure improvement works, and maintenance of facilities. Ensure timely maintenance and replacement of assets, equipment, and fixtures to sustain and optimize their lifecycle with minimal downtime and costs. Collaborate with support services teams in areas such as facility engineering, security, car park management, and housekeeping. Prepare technical specifications for ITQ/RFP and participate in procurement evaluation as a subject matter expert in facilities management and development. Requirements Degree in Engineering/related fields or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, or Diploma in Facilities Management/Engineering/related fields or equivalent with 10+ years of experience and demonstrated competency. Strong experience in business operations and project management, particularly in large establishments or institutions, preferably in the healthcare industry. Independent and resourceful.
