Assistant Manager - Product Marketing To grow and develop Lyreco business in the workplace solutions market successfully by providing good product selection, product services, and competitive pricing to meet the market demand and future needs. Manage and grow product sections under your care through strong product selection, good pricing management, and strong supplier sourcing. Build and manage product suppliers effectively, including receiving good supplier marketing contributions & rebates and good product cost prices for long-term partnership growth. Carry out market evolution studies and trends accurately to develop solid product strategies and tactics to grow our company bottom line, expand market share, and achieve margin goals. Collaborate effectively with Customer Marketing Teams by providing them with product knowledge, product information, and analytical input in a timely manner for effective marketing campaigns. Implement an effective communication plan with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to ensure respective cross-departmental stakeholders receive information on all Product Marketing strategies and tactics. Be responsible for effective strategic purchasing and budget achievement (supplier's back and program), timely management of no/slow movers products, and validation of new suppliers and product listings. Handle end-to-end product sourcing arrangements (i.e., government tax, customs duty, delivery timelines, etc.) within Malaysia, Singapore, or internationally while following group marketing guidelines. Ensure quality supplier and product sourcing processes meet company ISO standards and group guidelines. Conduct yearly supplier and product reviews with the management team to ensure performance meets customer expectations. Complete all other ad hoc reasonable assignments assigned to you from time to time. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or Business or a combination of education and experience in a related field. SAP user, high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), strong supplier sourcing skills, product margin knowledge, and good data analysis skills. Effective communicator and negotiator; well-versed in verbal and written communication in English. Multilingual is an advantage. 5 years of working experience in marketing/supply chain functions with a minimum of 3 years in marketing/sales/product management experience in Office Supplies/FMCG/Consumer Products markets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
