Analyst, Assistant Relationship Manager (Job ID: 10068343)

Job Responsibilities Support the relationship managers in the delivery of relevant banking services to customers, in own coverage area to meet the BU's revenue targets. Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and understand their needs in order to provide a high quality of service, under the guidance of more experienced members of the team. Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally. Manage day-to-day business transactions with assigned customers. Handle customer onboarding services and updating customer account documentation. Focus on daily transaction processing/execution, facilitating enquiries and serving clients’ requests, ensuring work process accuracy, smoothly and speedily. Work in partnership with Operations to ensure smooth processing of transactions. Visit customers when required to maintain the customer’s relationship. Support departmental initiatives to deliver increased revenue opportunities and high quality of service to customers. Provide transaction and monitoring support in connection with the delivery of MUFG products to meet the needs of the Bank’s customers. Meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment. Always comply with internal rules and guidelines as well as external laws and regulations pertaining to proper conduct of banking business. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits. Improve workflow efficiency. Advise on investment products concerning OTC derivatives contracts (includes FX Forwards) under Financial Advisers Act (FAA) and deal in investment products concerning OTC derivatives contracts (includes FX Forwards) under Securities and Futures Act (SFA). Advise others on investment products concerning structured deposits (includes Embedded Deposits) under Financial Advisers Act (FAA). Handle Embedded loans. Job Qualifications: Degree qualified. No experience required. Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively and courteously with others. Good stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments. Good team player, ability to adapt to changing needs of the organization and demands of internal and external stakeholders. Detailed understanding of MUFG’s products and services.
