Responsibilities: Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and outdoor recreation spaces. Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed. Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors. Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals. Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders. Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety, and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff. Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions. Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs. Maintenance of pantry supplies, face masks, and ART test kits. Maintenance of BCP call tree. Acting as Safety Management Officer and ensuring alignment to prevailing Safety Management Measures. Leading and managing renovation fit-out work where required, ensuring compliance with requirements and prevailing regulations. EHS Responsibilities: Ensuring a healthy and safe working environment, and compliance with Singapore statutory regulations. Working with various stakeholders on all safety aspects of work operations from planning, execution to acceptance. Leading and conducting incident investigations as well as CAPA reporting, including closing of CAPA with affected departments. Setting 3 yearly and annual plans and targets and measuring performance against EHS KPI. Establishing and ensuring proficiency of site-wide Emergency Response Team, Emergency Response Plan, and high standards of safety within the site. Ensuring stakeholders of the site establish a robust risk assessment and control plan for all operating processes. Driving implementation, maintenance control, and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Driving EHS improvement initiatives within the site. Contributing to BCP planning and execution. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Building/Facility Management, or Degree in Building/Facility Management/Science with relevant experience and at least 5 years of working experience in the capacity of facilities management. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the capacity of EHS management. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a positive attitude and an open mindset to embrace a team-oriented working environment. Certification in Occupational Health & Safety Management System, Workplace Safety & Health, Fire Safety, Water Efficiency, Security Management will be advantageous.
