Assistant Brand Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven (Assistant) Brand Manager to lead our marketing efforts, focusing on driving brand awareness, lead generation, foster customer loyalty, and drive market share growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in marketing strategy, trade and digital marketing, and content creation, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and external agencies. What you'll be doing: Brand Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to boost awareness and loyalty, including setting guidelines, vision, and value propositions for both short- and long-term goals. Campaign Planning : Lead the planning and execution of all communication and media actions across channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms. Engagement Activities : Organize and manage brand events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance customer engagement and visibility. Agency & Vendor Management : Collaborate with external marketing and creative agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with company objectives, including branding and web development projects. Content Creation : Partner with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing content and assets that resonate with target audiences. Digital Presence : Oversee the brand’s online presence, including social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and audience connection. Product Development Support : Contribute to product development, pricing strategies, new product launches, and identifying new business opportunities. Performance Analytics : Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify improvement opportunities and inform decision-making. Budget Management : Manage budgets for advertising, promotions, and branding initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI. Sales & Financial Analysis : Analyze sales forecasts and financial data, providing reports to guide product and marketing strategies. What we're looking for: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field At least 4 years of experience in brand management or a related marketing role in beauty/ FMCG environment Strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective brand campaigns Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms to create and publish content Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of the brand Strong stakeholder engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
